my friends say he likes me. What should I do or say to find out without being so blunt?

Okay my situation is this. When I go to the mall I eat at Taco Bell, and there is this guy there, he ALWAYS stares at me n junk,and a few weeks ago I had a woody doll from toy story, and he started laughin, then he started talking to me, so the following week, I decided ot get another app there cos I need a new job, so I gave it to him after he told me to give it to him ASAP and then he got the hiring manager 2 seconds later, and I ended up getting the job, and he made sure I got it, and yesterday he kept looking at me, my friends say he likes me but I dont know. What should I do or say to find out without being so blunt?

It appears that he likes you.
Ask him why he was so helpful getting the job and he will probably answer that it was because he liked you or that you are pretty.
This will tell you how he feels.
