Yeah I wrote you like 2 weeks ago and heres how things went. I tried to take up your advice but it seems she is always with her friends so I can't talk to her in the way I want. Last friday I saw her walking home and she looked at me and I waved but she acted like she ain't see me. SO my ? is does she really like me and how can I talk to her when she with her friends and tell her I have deep feelings for her.

You should try to contact her anyway you can: telephone, chat, email, or even a written letter stuck in her locker. Don't give up.
And, girls, this should be a clue that you shouldn't ALWAYS hang out with your friends because it makes it hard for boys to make contact with you.
