i am 17 an 5'4 im a short male females usualy love taller guys how can i get females to find me atractive and dont care about my hieght

Before anything, go to a good shoe shop and explain that you want to appear taller. They can help. Also wear a bushy haircut if you can. The two of these things together can make you look 5'8"
Also look around for girls who are close to your size or shorter.
As far as attracting women, the ideas are exactly the same as for all guys: be nice, have good grooming, good wardrobe, be interesting, be caring, be humorous, be honest, be in good physical shape, and be a friend are a few of the things that attract both girls and boys to each other.
