OK there's this girl and i really, really like her. ive had a crush on her for like a year. but now we live really close and we hang out and stuff. she is always flirting with me and stuff, and i want to ask her out, but she has a boyfriend and i would really like some advice on what to do now.

About the only thing you can realistically do is to continue hanging out and talking with her.

If she gets tired of her boyfriend, she will then turn to you.
