My boyfriend was my first everything and I thought I loved him, now I am not sure. The man I cheated on him with and I both thought it would be best to say nothing to no one but now I feel so guilty. I am not sure if I should tell anyone or just let it be and try to get over it myself. Also I am not sure if I should just break up with my boyfriend and just not tell him to avoid hurting him really bad. Please help.
