User Submitted Advice from a 31-40 year old Female
Listen to heart

I suggest you give this some more time. I am from a divorced family and this I know. I do not believe in staying in a relationship just because of your children. I knew my Mom and Dad were not happy and therefore my life was not what it should be either. Yes, I went through some sad times but I also look at my parents today and know they are truly happy in their lives and have no regrets with making a decision to divorce. We are not stupid and we know when things are not right and therefore suffer because of it.

Children will always be in your lives, one day they will be gone and have moved on with their own lives, then what do you have left if you are not truly in love 100 percent with the person you are married to. Don't cheat on the people you are with and do not contact each other. Make the decisions based on your heart without the influence of the other person and you will get your answer.
