when she put the needle in she put it in wrong. She apologized and had another nurse take over

We often have visitors write in with solutions to each others' problems. Here is a visitor's solution to one of our visitor's questions.

Original Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Male
I started going to give blood plasma to make some extra money and one day I noticed one of the nurses looking over every now and then at me. I thought she was attractive and thought it would be cool if she had a crush on me. Anyways next time I went and had her as a nurse! She seemed to be a having problems with the equipment so I talked to her and she said she was new there and have been working there about 2 1/2 months and she was really nice and even explained why my one arm sometimes feels funny giving plasma vs the other. Anyways when she put the needle in she put it in wrong. She apologized and had another nurse take over. I felt like she may have been a lil nurvous around me cuz she was having problems remembering how to use the machine and doing the needle part. Anyways last couple times I have seen her around and she makes eye contact and breaks shorty afterwards. Does she like me or am I crazy?

Same thing

It's a good chance she does. Funny enough you and I both have this blood plasma situation to the "T". I've had the same thing happen to me with my plasma donation, 'cept I'm the girl and he was the nurse/phlebotomist.

I noticed him on my second visit (Oct 05') It started off with the eye contact/break away. Next thing I know, he's doing the same thing. On my 3rd visit, he was the one to start my line (butterflies felt like bees). He started my line with no trouble. Every chance he had, he made sure he was the one that started my line. I even caught him trading for my file with another phlembotomist to make sure he was the one to start my line.

Nothing signifigant happened during that time except alot of eye contact.

Well, around Dec 05' I met up with a co worker of his at Wally world, and I figured this was a sign to find out from her if he was "involved". She figured right away that I was crushin on him. She gave me the low down when I returned and that he was really shy -and a virgin to boot :-). Oddly enough on that visit, my needle was pulled out while trying to strip it to get it to flow and I was deferred for 2 months for not getting my blood back.

When I was leaving, I told the co-worker to let him know that I fancied him and if he wanted my number, she could get it from my file to give to him (shyness kicking again). She called me that night and told me he was totally stoked about getting my number and that he had "neatly folded it" and put it in his lab coat.

Long story short (too late) He never called the 2 months I was on deferment. When I returned, I glanced at him a few times. Next thing I know, he's making sure he get's my file to start my line. I also noticed that we are at the eye contact/breakaway again. I finally got the nerve (come to find out we are both very shy with the opposite gender) to ask him for his number. I'll find out Tuesday if it's a go.

But, yeah, it's very likely she's interested. (unless I'm too late answering)

Sorry so long, but hey, it's in a female's nature to be so "talkative". LOL

Good Luck with her ;-)
