Original Visitor's Question from a 41-50 year old Male my girlfriend of 2yrs broke up with me a week ago.it was because i was a real jerk-drank to much-said and did very mean things to her and its not the first time either.i didnt mean any of the things i said or did or do when i get like that.i feel terrible. she told me shes done with me and wont forgive me and her parents are sick of me and how i treat her when i get like that.she told me to move on and she is moving on and her parents hate me. she is the love of my life and i adore her-and i treat her like a gentlman but sometimes i didnt know my drinking limit and turned into a major jerk.she said its been one to many times and shes done with me and so are her parents-i told her im sorry and want to tell her parents im sorry but she said forget it and stop calling. what should i do?- i want her back and we could of had a great thing and we did have a great bond. how do i try getting her back and is it possible?please help i love this woman with all my heart User Submitted Advice from a 21-30 year old Male Don't give up the same thing happend to me and my gfriend. i stopped drinking and i finally persuaded her to come back to me... it will take a lot of sincere thoughts of how you feel to convince this women, dont give up man...
