Original Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male Well, even though I did the break up, I'm sure she wanted to break up with me first but she probably was too scared of hurting me so I'm basically going to take it that she broke up with me. However, I still like her but I don't know how she feels. Like I'm willing to be friends with her but she keeps changing attitudes towards me, from friendly to nice to friendly again. Also, she tries to make me jealous sometimes. I was wondering if are there hidden feelings towards me because why would she be doing all of this stuff to annoy me if there wasn't like a hidden agenda? I've been nice mostly towards her and I don't see a reason for her to hate me :( User Submitted Advice from a 21-30 year old Female Do something I pretty much went through the same thing, except I was in your ex-girlfriend's shoes. My boyfriend broke up with me because he was scared and though I was going to break up with him. He thought he'd beat me to the punch, but he was wrong. I had no intention of ending our relationship. After our split, it seemed he didn't know how to act around me. He'd said he'd wanted to still be friends, but he would ignore me at times and that hurt. My actions toward him were based on his actions toward me. I would be freindly to him, but I didn't want to be too friendly or familar because he had called it quits and I was trying to give him space. As for the making you jealous bit, she could be try to, but not as to hurt you. Maybe she was just trying to grab you attention, thinking that if you saw her with another guy then you would realize you mistake. I agree with RomanceClass.com. You should think hard on the whole situation. She might still want to be with you. Your fears got in the way and you should do something before it's too late. Gook luck.
