Wan't my ex back-claimed she was not ready for relationship we were in

Original Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Male
Hi, I dated my ex for three months. Now it's been 3 months since we broke up. When we met we had instant chemistry. For the first few weeks we saw each other nearly every day a week. She kept telling me how wonderful she felt to have met me, how great, handom, kind, smart and great in bed I was. Anyway, one night after we had one of the best weekends we had together, we were in bed together and she started crying, all night. She claimed she didn't know what was going on in her head. Next weekend we break up. She claims that she doesn't know why her feelings have changed but that she just doesn't feel ready for this relationship. She claims that she can't find time between work, studying, her voluteering, etc to have a healthy relationship at the time. But at the same time she says that maybe she'll change her mind given a month or two to think things over. Well we saw each other about once a week for the next two months for dinner, lunch and movies. Sometimes she would kiss me, sometimes hug me, but she eventually told me that she felt she was making the biggest mistake, but that she couldn't go back to our relationship right now. I haven't talked to her in three weeks, and its been almost three months since we broke up. I miss her incredibly, she is the most fantastic person I have ever met but I also am afraid that my feelings for her are affecting my life negatively, I can go out and have fun but not truly enjoy myself. I want her back, but do you think there is anything I can do at this point?
