Original Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Male hi I hope you can help me or atleast give me some kind of advice since I'm going crazy not knowing what to do. I broke up with my girlfriend and six months on I still miss her like crazy. There is not a day goes by when I don't think about her and there is rarely a night goes by when I don't dream about her. But I have blown my chances of ever getting her back. I have advice for you so that you don't mess up any chances of getting your ex back the way I messed mine up my chances. First of all absolutely no contact with her for at least one month, none whatsoever, the more you tell her you love her, or that you try to reason with her or pressure her the more you will push her away.
