Original Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Male me and my girlfriend slip up 3 months ago after 2 years of dating. we are still very close and pretty much live together. she said she wanted to be single and find herself. but 2 days ago she started seeing this guy. we live about 250 miles from where we lived and that is where that guy is. we are still close and still love each other but now i don't know what to do. if i cut off contact she might leave me altogether and or she might realize what she lost. but i can't take that chance. i am deeply in love with here and can't lose her. any advice would be greatly appreciatted User Submitted Advice from a 21-30 year old Male hang in there i would worry about more then likely the girl still loves you too after 2 years of dating...All of a sudden 3 months later she jumps into a relationship, that is a rebound relationship and 80 percent of the time they dont work out, dont show this girl any attention the same thing happened to me but me and my girl have a baby and she basically cheats on him every tinme with me, girls are sensitive and emotional, i dont wanna feel like they have to make decisions right away give it 3 more months with every so often talking to her and watch her come back to you all the memories you guys have together over the past 2 years this new guy has no chance of measuring up The Original Question and RomanceClass Answer
