Original Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
I am a 19 year old guy attending college away from home. Recently, I found a 26 year old gal that I have taken interest in through an online site. I have gotten to know her like I know which type of flowers she and she doesn't mind being around smokers. We have been corresponding through emails lately and I did have the nerve to ask her to hang out some time next week. I found out that she is a closet writer and she hasn't been in a good mood lately. I found out that she has written some morbid thoughts and have wrote about her grandmothers death. I got her to mention that shes afraid and all but I havent been able to get her to talk about the fears and her thoughts. I have sent her a card wishing that she would feel better soon. I was wondering if there are ways to make her cheer up and how I can find out from her the things that would cheer her up. Or more.

However, she brought up the topic of her going to bowling with a bunch of people and a friend of hers. I don't know how to respond to her bringing up about her friend. How do I respond to her to show that I want to know who her friend is and that I am interested in her and not her friend (by flirting a little)?

User Submitted Advice from a 13-20 year old Male
Make her smile

You have showed her you were interested in her. Just talk to her and throw some words in there to make her smile. Girls love compliments so give her one. Make her feel sexy.
