Immediately after we broke up she told a mutual friend that she was going to get a boyfriend real soon! Maybe 2-3 months after breakup she had started dating this guy. i havent really talked to her. Since she started dating this guy. She hasnt called or even visited our dog together since then. No contact attempt has been made besides on july 4 when i texted her happy 4th and such and she replied back the same. what can i do to possibly get back with her? I still love her very much? User Submitted Advice from a 21-30 year old Male New cool style from what I have read on the internet which relates to this kind of problem, i believe the best way to begin reconnecting with an ex is by perhaps showing some support with what she is doing in life and do not mention the whole 'break up' and 'i miss you' situation. By showing some moral support, it provides evidence that you care about her and are interested in what she is doing in life. I believe that this is very important because it will remind her of your kind and possibly good strong point, the points in which she was attracted to in the beginning. i believe also that by taking it slow, it will show that you are not trying to overwhelm her with too much 'in your face' attention. Something light and delicate over time is more mature and shows suitable. Take it slow and if you can, you need to impress her and make her see that you are a better guy than her new b/f. By doing so-this can be by perhaps giving yourself a revamp? Going out and getting some wicked cool clothes, if you some how know that she is going to be somewhere one particular day, why dont you make an appearance at the same place and surprise her with your new cool style? something like that will completely catch her off guard and will impress her?
