Me and my boyfriend have been together for about 5 yrs. now. I love him with all my heart, but I feel into temptation after taking a new job. I started messing around with a man that could have been my father (eww, I know but he was handsome). He showed me a good time taking me out to lunch everyday, and giving me that certain, love I was wanting from my boyfriend. Anyways, To make I long story short, My boyfriend found out eventually and keeps bring it up. I don't really know what to do to let him know I feel awful about what I had did. I promised him I would changed AND HAVE! He still brings it up and it has been a year after I have did this terrible deed! I want his heartbreak to end so we can have that wonderful relationship we had before. The cheating just happened on my end, the first time with this relationship I am in. Maybe, everything needs to get out in the open, ask your boyfriend if he has questions. Get everything out, the tears, the anger, everything... Try going somewhere new, doing something new with your boyfriend, even if it is the most random thing ever.... example me just driving and my boyfriend coming to meet me and us walking all around the shopping center holding hands. Maybe, you both need that to clear your mind. I honestly believe that if he keeps bringing it up, it will never help you, or your relationship. You'll need to be strong and move on if that is the case, but hang in there. I'm in that stage right now, so just talking it all out and moving forward is the best advice I can give. Good Luck!
