Original Visitor's Question from a 13-20 year old Male Hello, Last night I broke up with my girlfriend of 2.5 years. This is now our 3rd official "break." This was caused by her not having any time to hang out with me, but plenty for her friends, work, and soon school. I gave her the space she needed with her friends and backed off, but she just never showed me that she cared or ever wanted to hang out. So last night I talked with her and asked when she would have time to see me, and she said she doesn't know. So then we eventually got to the point where SHE thinks maybe a break is good, because I expect so much from her. Keep in mind I backed off completely these last 9days. And I know there is no one else. Anyway the fact that she broke it off before I did, in my opinion, kind of makes me feel worse. I feel like if I broke up with her she might realize how she screwed up, rather than breaking up with me and making me seem like the needy and rejected one. Do you think that's true? Another thing that bothered me is that this was all done over the phone, because she always had other plans. She said she would call me back after we hung up last night because she was just leaving work and never did. The fact that this was done over the phone gives me little closure, I feel the need to finish this in person at least. Is this something I should call and talk to her about, maybe meeting in person to say goodbye? Or is it in my best interest to leave her alone and allow her to contact me? Please Help... Thank you! User Submitted Advice from a 13-20 year old Female Talk to her i mean if you love her talk to her and work thingss out and tell her how u fell about everything or yea you would of have felt better if you broke up with her instead but eather way you would fell bad..Dont worrie i am ni the same boat because my girlfriend just broke up with me cuz of my auntie and cuz of what i did to her in the past but i was trying to be better and make it work but then she move and stuff did not go good cuzz ppl where lieing to her everyday so i understand where u came from The Original Question and RomanceClass Answer
