Original Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male Hi My girlfriend and I met my junior year and dated until a month into my senior year when she said its over. She said I ditched her for my freinds to much and never planed ahead, we also started to fight over little things because of that. She was right and I regret not spending more time with her and I took her for granted way to often. I begged her not to dump me but she said we started to date to young and she couldn't handle the stress of having a boyfreind. I ignored her at first and she wanted to talk cause she was worried I was going to kill myself (I wasnt gna kill myself I was just mad and didnt want to talk). We talked and remainded freinds and hung out. A month later one night during deer season I went to hang out with her and we got close again and held hands. I was so happy and I went to leave and kiss her on the cheek and bam she kiss me on the lips I thought we were gna get together again. Not really we continued to hang out but were never that close again when we did. After a while I kept asking her to hang out and more and more times she would say no and have a reason like im tired or sick. On new years she said tell me something you couldnt for a while. I said I love you alot and she said awe you will be ok. Then a while came when we stopped hanging out all together. She said I think you should move on from me it would be eazier. I now see that was a hint a few weeks after that she was like i have sum bad news for u . She had found a new boyfreind on the wrestling team (shes a wrestling manager) and I was heartbroken. Now whenever I try and talk to her she only says about two words and gets mad really easy. The only place I can talk to her is at work were I also work but she only works like 2 days out of the month. When we are at work we still have fun and talk when we are in person she even txted me on her own that nite. Then we dont talk in person for a while and she txts me like two words a day and I see his car in her driveway instead of mine. I still love her very much and i dont know what to do now that she has a boyfreind i want her back so bad. I was wondering if you have any tips on getting her back cause she is all I think about even after like 7 months of being apart? Do you think we will get back together ever or am I kidding myself and move on? Im the whole reason we broke up cause she said we would last forever and so then i took her for granted and she left.
