I've considered organising some special overwhelming public surprise like writing I love you on the roof of the building outside his upper-floor office but I don't think he will take it well. I'm thinking the Best thing is to come out and say it. My problem is how to get him in a situation where we are alone and I am confortable to talk about it. It seems almost impossible to get him alone with me. Meanwhile I am making notes on things I want to say and putting together a letter that I can refer to while doing it.
