Original Visitor's Question from a 13-20 year old Female
My girlfriends is 5'7 and 105 lbs, which is under weight. I want her to fatten up to a normal weight but she is terriefied of being fat or gaining weight.

How would I go about helping rid her of this fear and getting her fatter?

It's going to take more than just you: when someone's fear of being fat has become that consuming to them, there's really no way to rationalize it for them. If there's anyway you can convince her to see a psychologist or eating disorder specialist about it, it could be a huge help. Or else talk to some of her friends, or someone you trust would help with this.
Here are some symptoms of eating disorders:
-Obsession with weight (claiming to be fat when actually underweight)
-Refusing to eat with others
-Loss of periods
-Hair loss (or hair thinning)
-Pale/unhealthy skin tone
-Depression

She sounds pretty darn thin. I'd do something about this before it's too late.
