Happy Summer!
Summertime often means we have more free time to read books. Whether it's on the beach at a vacation spot, in our back yard because school is out or on a long car trip, reading is a great way to pass the time.

Why not make this time really useful to you, rather than a distraction with an easily-forgotten story? There are books out there for pretty much ANY skill you would want to improve. Stop by your local library. Take out a book on flirting tips. Get a book on ice breaking ideas. Find one on ways to handle nervousness in groups of people.

No matter what area you'd like to improve, a book exists to give you a hand with it. Turn a few hours of bus ride or sandy shore into a real life-changing period. You've been given an enormous gift - the gift of time. Make use of it and create a smoother, more serene world for yourself!

Free Tip
Time management is tough for all of us. You want to do twenty different things, and there's only one of you! How do you get things to work out?

The key is to prioritize. There are things you really want to do, and other things you have less interest in. Choose wisely amongst your options. If you end up with a chore you dislike, think of it as a challenge to do as efficiently as you can. Listen to a fun book-on-tape as you wash the dishes. There's often a way to turn chore time into enjoyable time if you think outside the box. That gets the work done quickly, has you in a good mood and ready to take on the things you want to do!
