There is quite an age diff. as I am 11 olders than her and I am 31. Frankly neither one of us has ever been with a person in which there was SO much chemistry. Things just flowed! It was great. Yes we had our ups and downs and I had been married before. A week ago she calls me and tells me it's over and then while at work she comes and gets all her stuff from my house, clean break!!! She sent me an email and indicated that her main issue was that her family(mom) does not approve of me and that all her friends and family can't be wrong. Well they are!!! Anyway, we have not talked for several days as I am giving her space to think and evaluate her decision. She says it's for good but I want to hold onto hope. This is our first major breakup as we had a weekend breakup back in mid Feb. I know she loves me and I know we have incredible chemistry, is there a chance to work this out and how long should I wait for a call from her before moving on?? Also, when a woman gives finality statements like "I don't want to work things out." does she mean right then because that's how she feels at the moment or does she mean forever it's final, it's done?? Please help... Our Suggestion: It's hard to say what is going through her mind other than what she told you. Ask her if you can call her once a week for 15 min. just to see how she is doing and so you can let her know you care. Be cheerful and don't discuss your relationship.
