Visitor's Question:
Hi, Ive been married actually to my hubby for nearly 2 yrs and we are very very happy together. I know he loves me 2 death, theres no doubt about that. The only lil problem Ive eva had wit him is this jealousy thing inside me. It used to b really bad, but Ive grown up alot and realized I'm just being silly cus my man aint even like what I wud make him out to be. He has never cheated on me or anything near that, its just when I would think he is looking at another women I would throw fits. I know its normal for everyone to look. Now, we are so much better, I never throw fits, it dont even bother me much anymore if I do see him look over. Everyone looks. But how can I get rid of this feeling inside me completely?? Is there anything that can help me not feel so down inside when I think he is looking at someone else? He isnt the kinda guy to look constantly, he respects me very much, but jus his glancing over bothers me. I hate it. I'm a very confident women, I love myself, very happy and I dont see others as threats to me. So what is it that I can do or that you can say to me to help me get over this bad feeling everytime he glances? I dont like speaking to him about it, cus in a way, it jus makes it worse and makes me feel like an idiot. Any way of helping? I'd appreciate it !!

Our Suggestion:
Think to yourself that he is looking at a painting in a museum.

That's about what it amounts to... and he's not even looking as long as he would in a museum.

Or when he looks, think of this other woman as a pig dressed up in a plaid outfit and high heels. You may get a chuckle out of it.

Good luck! George
