That is why I have been attending chastity and youth group meetings to help me truly understand love. Recently I met this girl. I told my friends that she seemed really nice and I wanted to get to know her. Then all my friends (well the friends that are girls cuz guys could care less), said she isn't my type and I should forget about her. Anyways, we talk alot now and we've told each other we like each other, but I haven't asked her out, and I don't plan to until I know everything about her. Well one of my friends told me some disturbing things she had heard about her, so I asked the girl I like if they were true. She said they were not, but now my friend is really mad at me for asking her what she had told me and now she won't talk to me. Also, I haven't told my parents about this girl I like. She is a year younger than me. How can I tell my family and deal with my friend while still keeping this great relationship I have with this girl? Our Suggestion: Seems pretty easy to me. Tell your parents and expect them to be happy for you. After all, you aren't even going out with her yet. Your friend is on shaky ground herself and should be apologizing to you.
