I was 17 years old when I first fell in love with him. His mom tried her hardest to keep us apart and eventually it worked we broke up and went our seperate ways but I still can not seem to get him out my mind. I was his first love too.I recently heard from him and he is going through a divorce but he really did not want to bothered by me he talked a lil bit but when I ask him for some contact information he never wrote me back. I am really sorry that we both hurt one another but I need to really get him out of my mind. Can you help me? BY the way I am really in love with my husband but why on earth I can not forget him I sometimes think because we are the ones who suppose to got married and had kids together but that was not in God's plan. I even cried when he did not contact me back after asking for his address. I love him but I am not in love with him can you please tell me what can I do to shake this ? I have not seen him since I was 21 years old and he was 20. Help me please!!! Our Suggestion: It is quite normal to retain loving memories of a first, good love. Just accept it as normal.
