Visitor's Question:
I have been married to my husband for 1 year and a 2 months, dated for 1 year. He started out the relationship with "online cheating" on the website I'm sure every woman in a relationship hates "Myspace" I caught him on there occasionally and confronted him, he apolpogized. realized his mistakes and yet it happened every month clear into 8 months of our marriage. In the process, I caught him online failing to mention to "friends" that he was married,we constantly fight about female friends. Most recently, I took an interest in a male friend to confront the issue of him not understanding whats wrong with a friend of opposite sex in a marriage and ofcourse he felt the same way I did about his female friends, long story short, he has come around and he is claiming to be a better man, but I am always looking for him to cheat, I am so use to something popping up, whether it is a new female friend turned wrong, or him on the internet cheating. It is draining me and taking all of my attention, I need help. I want to trust him and go on with our life and family, but a part of me just keeps expecting and it leads me to constantly investigate his every move, what should I do?

Our Suggestion:
You've got to do something... that's no way to live.

Your situation is crying out for marriage counseling. Talk to him and then make an appointment. If he won't go with you, go alone.

Meanwhile, let yourself relax as you deserve it. Don't investigate him any more. Let the counseling do its work.

Good luck! George
