Visitor's Question: all of my friends keep telling me that my ex-boyfriend wants to go back out with me. yesterday I got a new boyfriend, but it happens to be one of his friends. he doesn't know yet but I don't really like my current boyfriend. I still like my ex-boyfriend, but I don't know how to tell him. My question is should I give my ex-boyfriend another chance and if so how should I tell him and how should I break up my current boyfriend? Your help is deeply appreciated!! Our Suggestion: If you don't like your current boyfriend then that should be your primary concern. You always have to deal with your CURRENT situation before you even begin to think about other ones. So sit down with your current boyfriend and say you're sorry, but things just aren't working out. You're just not happy. He'll be sad, but it's better you do it now rather than drag him into really thinking you care and THEN break up with him. Once you are free and able to think about dating other people, if you are interested in your ex then you should start becoming friendly with him again. You need to show him that you have a different attitude than you did before. People who break up do so for a reason, and obviously something was bad enough between you two to cause you to break up.
