She is 2 years older than me. i am born 1979 she is 1977. I just got out of a bad relationship 7 months ago where the girl cheated on me and she just too got out of a relationship 7 months ago because it is not working out. I met her and i felt something for her about 3 weeks ago. So i got her blackberry pin and she gave it to me and we started bb (blackberry messaging) each other almost everyday. two weeks ago, i got her number but rarely calls her because sometimes she is busy and stuff. we went clubbing but always in a big group. We danced together and both of us were drunk and we were to the point of hugging each other in club (no more than that). last week, i decided to tell her i liked her. She was like "we need to know each other more, i am happy as i am now, i am afraid of how things are going to turn out, i afraid of being ur rebound girl, i dont want to try and then jeopardize ur friendship with my cousin" after that i sensed (i might be oversensitive), she started to distance away from me. less bb reply, less call picked up. then 4 nights ago, i ask her, are u afraid and she said yes. we made a deal where if i promise to be a normal friend, then she too promised to be not afraid. I have never went out with her just the two of us all this time. 2 nights ago, we were discussing about our drinking problems and we made a bet toeach other. if she drank even a sip of alcohol this weekend, then she would have to go on a dinner date with me on sunday. if i drank even a sip of alcohol this weekend, then i would stop wearing flowery shirts. its a quite stupid bet. Then, yesterday, her last bb was 1657 hour until now, there was no reply from any of my bb and her phone was never pick up. A lot of guys is after her and a lot of my friends told me to work hard to get her. however, some friends of mine who are girls told me that she is playing me as a spare tire. What should i do? would a girl change her mind from do not like someone to liking someone? or its a one time thing? please help. should i go on or should i just give up and save myself the heartache? thanks. btw, both of us are libras.
