You want this to be something you will both remember! Think about how you would like to hear those words. For example, maybe plan a special date to see a movie and grab some food after. You can order a luscious desert and share it. Maybe feed each other a spoonful and laugh at how cute/cornball that is. While sharing your yummy desert, tell her you have something to tell her. Then look her in the eyes and simply say, "I love you." If she is too shy to say it back, then just kiss her and say, "I wanted you to know that." It doesn't have to be a food-based date.
