We got really close and started to flirt with each other every day and people started to say that we should date again. When he was finally going to do it he had decided not to cause of some other reasons. Then i found out cause he had asked an other girl out. I got really mad and didn't talk to him for a day. Now his girl is getting into it and told me to leave cause i had already broke his heart and he doesn't want it broken again. My question is, What should i do? Do i need to get over him? Do i need to move on? Our Suggestion: It does sound like you two had your time together and that you betrayed him. He easily COULD have asked you out again and had people pushing him to do it. But he made the deliberate choice not to. You need to respect that. Give him some time and space, and let everything die down. At some point in the future maybe you guys can be really good friends again, and who knows, maybe more than that. But right now he has a protective girlfriend and he's made it clear that he doesn't want to become involved with you right now. Give yourself time to get through this stage as well. In a few months, start becoming friends with him, and show him that you've matured, that you realize what harm lying can do and that you want to be good friends with him again.
