Visitor's Question:
i went to this club with my friends and met this girl who i thought was really cute. she approached me we talked for like an hour and i felt she was really digging me. she gave me her number and it is an out of town area code but i was like ok. that next week i called and we had been talkin ever since about two weeks later she told me she was coming back into town and she wanted to see me. so i tell her id met her at the mall after i got off work. i do and its like music in my ears. she was gorgeous and she was all grinnin and stuff to see me too. we went to my house and i have no furniture so we chilled on the floor. i did her hair and we talked the whole time about how great it was being in each others company. she told me about her ex and how they were still friends, she wanted me to come to the club and see her since she would be there with her friends but the ex was there too. i told her i wouldnt trip out cause we not together. she kissed me and left. get to the club its all good. she is by me like she mine but i gave the speech go be wit your friends you know. next thing i know the ex is all over her and try to kiss her, she moves away looks at me and then stares at me the whole night. after we leave she tries to talk to me out side i tell her to call me she kisses my fore head and walks away. i get home that morning she calls and apologizes blah blah and we go on till the next week talking like nothing happened. she invites me to drive up to where she is which is only a one hour drive and i agree to do so. i get there she is geeked again, she cooks for me takes me out i mean treats me all kinda good.something happens with her living arragments i helped her find a new apartment, helped her finish her final paper...she is in college. and helped her with moving. she was crying and panicky but i helped her out. the whole time i was there the ex was calling the phone
i mean like 100 times. then she finally answers the phone and is like i told you i was having company this weekend....and says my name. im like whatever.....so then we have this long convo bout that....she than asks me about my past. i am straight, but this is my first lesbian experience she was made well confused but i was like im into her and it was new to me so dont give me the blues about it. she didnt but i over heard her tell her friend bout it and was sad cause i was a good girl that she didnt want to lose to a guy... so when it was time for me to leave i got a little cold shoulder. i kissed her goodbye and she told me she had a good time and she couldnt wait to see me again and call her when i got home. i did, but the conversation was limited. that next day she moved into her new apartment so i couldnt call her. but i say her that night at the club. she came up to me and gave me a hug to dance. i said no go be with your friends and she was like this what im talking bout and walks away. she goes and literally flirts with everyone near me, so i ignore her after a while...i hate drama and plus i thought it was played out. so my friend is like she is staring at you girl and i turn around and her ex is all in her face but she is staring at me. i waved, she waves back and then the ex turns around...DRAMA she get all loud and stuff and the girl pulls her aways and is like no stop she doesnt deserve that and they leave. when i get outside she is standing on the step and saya im sorry and i keep walking...that is the last i hear from her its been two weeks. what went wrong? what should i do if i see her again? was i played? im so confused

Our Suggestion:
It sounds to me like you were overreacting a little to her actions. From what you describe, she's had a rather hectic couple of weeks and she has been trying to spend her time with you rather than her ex. Her ex seems like a rather obsessive one to keep on trying where there's no chance. It also sounds like when she screwed up, she tried to make it up to you, which is very hopeful. In return, though, you give her the cold shoulder and snub her and then wonder what's going on.

I think you should contact her. She's done what she can to get back with you, now it's your turn. Forgive her for whatever you think she did to you and start hanging out again. I bet this will turn into a really solid relationship, if given the chance.

Good luck!
