Visitor's Question:
There is this girl that I have known since kindergarten and we have gone to the same schools all the way through high school. We live about two seconds away from each other and we are very much alike. We went out twice in middle school and then ended our relationship. We both were always really shy around each other. Our freshman year of high school I realized I still liked her, but she ended up going out with a guy who was a junior when we were freshman. They went out for three years, her knowing I still liked her, and we barely talked throughout high school. Torwards the end of our senior year, she had broken up with her boyfriend and she asked me to go to a dance as her date which for me was totally unexpected. Since then we have been getting closer and closer. She wanted me to ask her too prom, but the quarterback at our school asked her first and she said yes, thinking I wasn't going to ask her (which I was planning on it). She told that going with the quarterback meant nothing to her and so I went stagg to the prom. I danced with her a couple of times and we met up at a hotel afterwards. We ended up kissing and I spent the night with her. The following monday at schoool she acted like nothing happened and she hangs out with the quarterback now like they go out. We recently graduated and I wrote her a note telling about how I feel about her the following week. We have been talking every day since, but I'm not sure where she is with her relationship with the quarterback. I am deeply in love with her, but i'm so confused about our situation. She is leaving for college in california in 2 months and I want to get back together with her with the time we have left. How do I convince her that she should be with me?

Our Suggestion:
It sounds like she is unsure of what she wants, which is unfortunate for you. You'll have to wait until she makes up her mind who she wants to be with. All you can do is continue to get closer to her through your conversations and interactions. The more she is with you, the better the chances that she will fall in love with you.

I wish you luck!
