He says that he understands me, when clearly he doesn't since he asks me for help with his relationship with another girl when he knew that i loved him more than ever. Of course, i did help him, because i want him to be happy. He doesn't love me, and he just wants to be friends. But the girl that he was going out with got grounded for a month, and they haven't talked since. But yesterday, she signed back on, and ever since, my ex has just been avoiding me, and lying to me about his problems. What should i do? I love him, and i want him back. We only broke up because he thought that i was trying to change him when i wasn't, and we've talked about it, and he understands now, but his feelings for me have changed. what should i do? Our Suggestion: Unfortunately, you can't make someone love you, so there's no way you can force your ex to fall back in love with you. He's moved on and found someone new in his life. You need to do the same thing, as hard as it is. You need to acknowledge these feelings for your ex- will likely always be there, but that you can find someone new to share your life with. Start doing things that you didn't do with your boyfriend. Go hang out at the library, go see movies with new friends, go to 6 Flags with a new guy, anything to get your mind off your ex and onto new people.
