All he knows is that he's getting some sex and it's better than his wildest dreams. He'd have sex with you too if you offered it. At 13, that's how he'll operate. If he's having sex with your sister, and he's your boyfriend, then what are you doing with him anyhow? He's cheating on you and with the one person in the world who you should be able to trust beyond belief. I would dump him like a hot rock. And yell at your sister for betraying you like that.
