He cheated Suggest Advice Do you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: I cheated on my girlfriend, she found out and broke up with me. Then we spent alot of time together right after she found out and everything seemed to be going great, but then she said that she needed her space to work on her problems. She said at first, she hadn't dealt with her feelings and that's why she needed the time to work them out. I found how much I truly did love her and will do anything to get her back. I know she DID love me and I believe she still does, now we see each other about once a week, and the rest of the time, in her free time, she always goes out with her friends. We talk occasionally during the week, but she does things more with her friends than with me. This has gone on for about 2 months, can my relationship be salvaged?..if so how? Our Suggestion: A good relationship is built on communicatione, honesty, and trust. You struck out on the last one. Your best bet is to work as hard as you can on the first two. Send her some flowers and candy, that can't hurt. You are going to have a tough time salvaging this relationship, but give it your best try.
