Visitor's Question:
I'm 18 years old and am starting the second semester in college. A little less than a year ago My girlfriend and I broke up. We dated for 16 months and were totally in love. We were both better people while together. The problem was that i got really depressed over some personal issues. I became a big worrier and occasionally I became jealous. I'd worry about her leaving me at any moment, so i'd cling even tighter to her. she is 2 years younger than me and she has been dating another guys for a few months, but ive talked to her friends and its nothing serious or even meaningful. I think she's on the rebound, but im not sure. Im beating depression but i still love her and would like to be at least friends. Its been like 6 months or more since the last time ive spoken to her. I could see in her eyes that soething was still there though. I'm not sure if shes the one but i want to find out. I want nothing in the world more than i want her. I think about her all the time and i truly think she could be my soulmate. Feels like we're made to be together sometimes. Is that wrong? Help!!!???

Our Suggestion:
Well, get on your horse and write or call her. Hopefully she is willing to talk with you. Tell her what you told me and don't come on too strong since you have a history of jealousy. But be sure she understands how you feel by speaking openly and honestly.

Good luck,
George
