How to start a website like this one Suggest Advice Do you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: Hi Ok I have emailed this site a few times in the past and have found it brilliant! I know you might say my question has nothing to do with romance but it has; my question is how would you go about starting up a site like this? I am so interested in this stuff that I have been on chatrooms a few times chatting to people about their probs and what they could do, i believe to solve probs you must have went through alot of them yourself and in my case, well lets you say I get 10 out of 10 in the problem department. I would really appreciate any help/advice you could give me, I really think I could do this! Kind regards Annmarie Our Suggestion: It's not a piece of cake to start a professional website. You need to obtain server space and a IP name, you need to know unix and html. This is probably only the tip of the iceburg since I don't run this website. It take hours and hours of work to set it up and maintain it. Then there is the time involved in answering questions or processing the other input that people have such as adding tips to the site. My advice is to find someone local who could show you the ropes in person... this isn't something you learn easily on your own. Sorry this isn't a better answer.
