One thing I have to add for the last question.When we last talked seriously, I told him that I had been going out with other guys and that upset him even though he was doing the same thing.Do you think that is the reason he ignores me?He is afraid that he will see me with another guy?Please help.

Yes he could be jealous. So tell him you won't see any more guys if you two get together.
