Visitor's Question:
Me and my now ex girlfriend broke up more than a year ago(since then she has moved elsewhere mind you)and since then had not talked up until just recently just about 4 months ago she started calling me alot more. At first she made it seem like she liked me still and she would tell me all these things such as wanting to sleep with me again coming to see me and so on. It seemed like things were getting serious again she was even thrilled to know that i will be going to college in the area she lives in.(She is still in highschool) Well anyway, up until a few nights ago everthign was going good and it seemesd like she wanted to get back with me and acted like she changed. Lets just say i was wrong... she made me feel stupid by saying that she was confused about her and her current ex and basically taking bakc everything she said about being with me and saying she wants to be my freind. And also she claims to not be over her internet boyfriend from saudi arabia(she doesnt see that she is an idiot i guess)Even though i have no problem getting with memebers of the oppostie sex im somewhat compelled to play her sensless head games until i get her back with me. Any advice on how to make her want to be with me and quit being such a stupid little girl about things and realize she is passing up a good guy?

Our Suggestion:
Methinks she has rather good judgement to avoid you.

Why should she want to be with someone who refers to her as an "idiot" or a "stupid little girl" and says she plays "senseless mind games." Your attitude towards her must come thru to her during your conversations. Hopefully you don't use those terms directly with her.

My advice is to work very hard at eliminating that kinds of terminology from your mind and rearrange your opinion of her. Whenever a thought like that comes to mind, fight against it by saying "Go away, she is not an idiot, she is actually quite smart." Do this a lot of times and eventually the thoughts will go away... unless you really mean them in which case one has to wonder why you are chasing her anyway.

Good luck,
George
