About a year ago I met a cousin, we feel that it was love at first site we both like each other but there are some problems she's 17 and I'm 14 also her mom (my aunt)doesn'n want us together.Too, that she wants kids and we can't have kids because we got the same blood and they can come out retarded.



Our Suggestion:
Half the US states forbid first cousin marriages. However Canada and all of Europe allow it. In some cultures it is encouraged. Einstein and Darwin both married first cousins.

One study showed that first cousin marriages increased the chance of defect from 1-3% to 4-7%

If your mom and aunt disapprove, you should go along with their decision.
