Visitor's Question:
I recently wrote a letter regarding an ex-girlfriend of mine who left me for an ex-boyfriend. I have tried to contact her in every way, and it is going on seven months that we have been apart. This guy had a horrible history when they were together, and they had been apart for almost four years. He called out of nowhere and she met up with him and called me the next day and left me. I want to know what I can do to win her heart back. At least, to make peace and be civil. Friendship is really important to me and I was a week away from making her my life-long friend. I don't know what I did and she said I treated her like no other man she had been with. She had found out he attempted suicide after they broke up, but it was conviently found out a month before he called her from a mutual friend. She found romance from this. Is there any way I can sway her back? I am afraid this guy is gonna hurt her again and leave her. I know it was her choice, but I just want to talk. Any suggestions?

Our Suggestion:
If you can't contact her I don't know how you can make any progress with her.

On the other hand if you can make any contact (email, phone, sms, etc) then there is hope. You could become her friend again.

Meanwhile, try to determine whether she is still with him or if she splits up with him. At that point you would have a better chance.

But, as I said, if you have no contact with her what can you do? Suffer and get over her.

Good luck!
George
