So i sent another email asking her a few questions about herself, and she never wrote me back. She seems to be interested in you so why not take advantage of it right now? You could introduce yourself if you don't already know each other. And if you don't normally say hi passing in the hallway start now. Whenever you see her say in a clear voice "Hi" plus her name and give her a big smile. You should be able to tell by her response how much she likes you. Don't give up on saying "Hi" if by some chance she doesn't answer... just keep doing it. Good luck!
