i really need to tell this girl how i feel about her. but i dont really know how. this is how i've planned to tell her: "i know this may sound weird and stupid but..i like you...and i dont care what u think of me after i tell u this...i just want to let u know and get this off my chest...i understand if u dont like me in the same way but i just want u to know that i really like you"...is this ok? if it's not, can you show me how to tell her properly? thanks.

You should always use words that make you feel comfortable.

What you wrote is perfectly fine and says very clearly what you want to say.
