Visitor's Question:
I dated this girl for 8 months, and we even talked about marriage and future plans together. We were very much in love. We started to argue. I ended it with her after she said we should date other people. So a week later she meet and started to date "mike." I am not of age to drink yet, she is along with her new bf(25). She just turned 21 so she can go to bars and does and enjoys them. I feel this is also keeping her attached to her new bf.

We have been apart for almost 3 months now, they have been dating for around 2.5 months. We still talk, and even hangout. She wanted to see me after she had an argument with her bf (dec 29), and again the next day (dec 30) even after they had apparently worked it out. Both days we hungout and i asked her if she wishes we were back together, she replyed yes. A day later told me that she loves her new bf and is happy. I went on one date with "suzy" (jan2). My ex told me that "honnestly it makes me sad that you are moving on." What i want is to get back together with my ex. It appears that if her and her new bf ever seperate, she will come right back to me, but right now she doesn't seem to want to leave him since shes happy... again maybe becasue he can take her to bars and i cant...i dont know. She seems to have her heart split but... i dont know. What am i doing wrong and what can i do? I know she is the love of my life.

Our Suggestion:
You are probably doing everything all right.

As you said, she is of a split heart and can't make up her mind what to do.

The best you can do is to maintain contact with her, let her know how you feel about her, and hope for the best.

Good luck! George
