Let fate do its job Suggest Advice Do you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: Me and my ex girlfriend were together for a decently long time before I p*ssed her off to the point where she fell out of love with me. First of all, is it even possible to "fall out of love" with somebody, or do you just think that you don't love them cuz they hurt you? Me and her are still friends and she now has a new boyfriend who she is "head over heels" in love with. I get along with her well, but I just can't turn off my true feelings for her, and I guess I'm just kind of hanging around as friends hoping that her relationship with this kid will end eventually. I hope that maybe my change in attitude towards her will lure back to seeing in me what she did before. My final question to you is this.....Is there a such thing as too much time going by for someone to want to come back to you? I mean, I guess anything is possible. But what if we are friends and say she breaks up with this kid and dates some other guys for a while, and all the time I'm still there as her friend, do you think that she would some day ever want to try it with me again even though all that time had gone by? Usually you want to be with somebody you feel closest to and most comfortable around, but she can be a very stubborn girl and if she tells herself it won't work then there isnt much I can do to change her mind. Give her time until you get tired of waiting or you find someone new. She might come back next week or it might be never. Nobody can tell and the time varies from person to person.
