kissing a minor/sneaking in her room

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Is there any consequences on kissing a minor? Lets say im 19 and shes 16 NOt only kissing her, but sneaking in her room a feeling on her private parts. Is there any consequences or breaking the law for the above questions?
