he says he can't be alone

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
My ex and I broke up about 6 months ago and we dated for almost 5 years. Hes been dating a girl for 5 months and still keeps in contact with me. He told me they broke up and wanted to start over and see where it could go. So we started talking and started somewhat of a physical relationship. He was being so hot and cold with me, so i called her cuz i had her number cuz she called me when they started dating(i don't know why. But i found out they never broke up! I told her he was cheating on her and she didn't believe me, which is fine. But he still calls me to see how im doing and such. He admitted to me that hes still attracted to me, and that he just can't be alone. He likes her but doesn't have anything nice to say about her. Does he want me back?
