what is the best way of saying "happy anniversary" to my girlfriend???

If you have dated this girl for an entire year, then the best way you can tell her that is by doing something only YOU know about!! Nobody else will know, because the whole importance of being with her for a year is that you know her in ways nobody else does. That is what you should celebrate, that you understand her hopes and dreams and desires better than anybody else.
