hi i was wondering are there any signs that a guy is interested in you??

Guys and Girls aren't really that different from each other, as much as MTV tries to tell us otherwise. Both want to be told they're special. Both don't like to be picked on. Both want to have friends. Both want to feel like they're good at something, whether it's sports or crafts or a certain subject or whatever.

So don't think of this guy as an alien octopus :) Think of him as another person, that has interests and hopes and dreams. So what happens when you, a person, go to talk to him, a person? Do you talk about things he enjoys? Do you show an interest in the things he cares about? Does he show an interest in things you care about? Those are all things that friends do, and they're things that people who like each other do. You know when a girl is a friend - she has fun talking to you, you have fun talking to her. You have fun spending time together. The exact same is true with a guy.

So build up that "connection" between you two. Learn about the things he finds important. Get to know about them, so you can 'speak his language'. People LOVE it when they find someone else to share a favorite interest. And the more you two spend time together, and can talk about things you really enjoy, the closer you will get. And soon you'll ease over that line between "friends" and "boyfriend/girlfriend", when you two get really comfortable with each other. That comes with time, and should come very naturally, once your friendship is solid.
