Help Me Please
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old FemaleA week and 5 days ago my ex broke up with me. He first told me it was because he wants to see what else is out there. We had been together 3 and a half yrs. I was his first kiss and first girlfriend and first person he had sex with. It was the same for me to. He always told me he loved me and wanted to marry me. A few days after the break up I asked him to come over and talk... he did. I asked him if he was sad or missed me and he said no. Then I told him I wanted him to experiance other things but I thought we could eventually get back together... then he hugged me and said I still love you I just want to make sure your the right one for me and find out who I am. Later that night I texted him and he was very rude and didn't seem like he wanted to talk. Then that tuesday he went to dinner with my family and he was sweet and flirty and nice. After that night we didn't talk untill that saturday. I asked him if he hopes I will find another boy and he said yes so then I said abviously there is no chance of us ever being together again and he said thats not true. Now when I text him he won't text me back or talk to me. I know he loves me still. What do I do to make things better and get him back! I no he is the one for me
RomanceClass.com AdviceAfter a week and five days it is too early to know what to do.
Make sure you keep your communications open with him. Ask if it's ok to call once a week just to see how he is doing. When you talk with him let him know that you still care but don't dwell on it. Keep the calls to 15 mins and be cheerful.
Go on with your life as usual. That will make you look more attractive to him that if you went off the deep end.
Good luck! George
