Feeling and the Four Bases
Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old FemaleHi, Can you tell me what feeling is and how to do it. I was also wondering if you knew what all the bases and and what they mean and how to do those bases.
RomanceClass.com AdviceWhen someone talks about 'feeling' someone else they really just mean touching. When people are just first dating they feel VERY uncomfortable about touching each other. So they call it "feeling each other". All it means is that you touch each other, perhaps in places that you would feel 'uncomfortable' about. Once you've been dating a while, you don't call it "feeling" any more, it's just a normal part of the way you and your boyfriend/girlfriend touch each other.
Also, people who haven't been intimate before often count how "far they go" by counting bases. It's in essence how close you've gotten to full intercourse. Usually first base is just kissing, second base is touching each other above the waist, third base is touching each other below the waist, and home plate is full intercourse. It's mostly used as a way to tell friends how "far you've gotten" in sex, if you haven't gone all the way yet.
